  Il Nonno Foods prides itself on providing premium quality artisan pasta products to our consumers. Our pasta is made using traditional Italian pasta making methods with a high protein Australian durum wheat semolina, Australian free-range eggs, locally sourced produce and premium meats. We use ingredients you would at home!  

For more than 60 years of pasta making, it used to be the men in the family who led the charge, but now it’s the girls’ turn to run the business.  

Nonno’s youngest daughter Krystal runs the company and develops the products for Il Nonno Pasta using the trusted traditional Italian techniques, but with a focus on natural Australian ingredients.
