At Princi Smallgoods, we use only the best Australian meat with imported Italian spices. And we make it the old way with authentic Italian recipes, using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations. We then add perhaps the most important ingredient of all – time.
You can taste it in every single one of our authentic range of salamis, hams and cured meats. All made to create good times with family and friends.
Princi is currently doing a reset , they are only producing the original Princi Mortadella, Porchetta & Free Range Ham - we will be relaunching additional cured products like Salami in early 2025 in Melbourne.
